RPG Tycoon

RPG Tycoon is a simulation game that puts you in control of a newly established RPG kingdom.
The soundtrack was inspired by the sim games of yore and used similar sound fonts to recreate the tone of the sim games of the 1990’s.

The expansion to RPG Tycoon, Supply and Demand elaborated on the resource management system and allowed players to have trading posts to work alongside — or against — their neighboring kingdoms. The additional music reflects some of the new environments, systems, and buildings introduced.

Hello.

Chris Lucca (He / Him) is a composer and sound designer creating audio for games. He releases music under his given name and the alias FLiPLUKA. He has composed music and designed audio for clients such as Heart Machine, Hi-Rez Studios, Unity, Google, and Duolingo.

Chris has worked with UK-based indie game developer Skatanic Studios since 2015 as Audio Lead. His compositions and sound design are featured in their debut release, RPG Tycoon (2016) and subsequent expansion, RPG Tycoon: Supply and Demand (2016), as well as mobile game Routed (2018) and Living the Deal (In Development). More recently he worked on the Hi-Rez Studios title Divine Knockout and is currently working with Heart Machine on an undisclosed project.

Prior to working in games, He had the privilege of touring and performing internationally since 2006 with various ska and punk acts such as Suburban Legends, Big D and the Kids Table, Reel Big Fish, and more. He is also the first documented person to have successfully performed a jazz trumpet solo while crowd-surfing.
